Each Member of the Club purchases a quality hardwood beach house directly from the Club’s exclusive supplier. The beach house models are those produced by the Club’s supplier for the Club and are the property of Club Members who buy them.

The beach houses are installed on your reserved location at the Club by the supplier. They are detachable from the plots on which they are constructed. You may disassemble and move them to any location. You may, for example, place the house on your own land in the future.

Members lease plots from the Club on which the beach houses are installed. The Club also maintains the exteriors of the beach houses, plots, including landscaping, and the common areas. Thus the roads, pool, common areas, even periodic staining of the beach houses, are taken care of by a single, minimal, maintenance fee.

Members can reside full-time at the Club, or lock up their beach houses and return when they want, knowing that everything around their beach houses and their exteriors will be maintained in their absence. Alternatively, Members can use the Club’s exclusive rental service and enjoy the rental returns.

At the expiration of the lease of approximately thirty years between the Club and the Member or earlier, the Member can move his or her beach house to another location. Unlike legal structures often used
in Thailand, the legal rights of the Member at the Club are certain and fully protected.

The Club’s simple legal structure enables Members to purchase their beach houses directly from the supplier and pay low lease and maintenance fees. The result is a price that that means you don’t have to work another decade to live at Dolphin Bay. You can do it now.

Member owners at the Dolphin Bay Genuine Teak Luxury Beach Houses project will have access to a complete range of community services and amenities to ensure the perfect luxury lifestyle deserving of such an environment. Barefoot home owners’ monthly fee will cover all services and facility charges.
