The Dolphin Bay Teak Resort Pool Villas site, rectangular in shape and consisting of 17 Rai (approx 6 acres) is surrounded on 2 sides by the same unoccupied tropical coconut fields and framed by the Sam Roi Yot mountains only a few kilometers away westward that allows the sun to set gently behind them almost everyday. The front of the site faces the sea where the sun rises every morning and radiates pushing cool breezes towards us.

The site will yield 49 (Max) Teak Villas (Estimated number of actual Villas is 30-35) that are lifted one meter from the ground for ideal ventilation. Each plot has ample space for the Villas, a Magna swimming Pool (see page 16) , parking for cycles or golf cart and lush tropical mature planting grown in our own nursery from the beginning. Plots have an average size of 400 square meters, and vary slightly as the non concrete pathways that run between the Villas meander gently giving dierent sizes to the front lawns removing straight lines that are more in keeping with nature. Lots may be acquired and combined together to expand land size. Each Villas has covered terraces, allowing for sitting, sleeping, eating and entertaining or shelter from the sun or when it eventually rains. The outdoors of the Villas can blend seamlessly with the indoors giving the feeling of space and being in touch with the natural surroundings created by our design team.

Developed for the safety, cleanliness and comfort of all residents, all internal roads of the project will be for golf carts and bicycles. Courtesy shuttle service is available from the carpark to all Villas. With less air and noise pollution and no vehicular traffic residents can safely stroll through the neighborhood with peace of mind.
