The collaboration includes Jim Finch, a lawyer from a well respected firm that has representation in both Bangkok and Hua Hin and specializes in Property and Company Law, John Stuart, a developer of successful medium and large luxury housing projects with an expertise in land laws and construction, Glenn Thomson. owner of the largest and most accomplished real estate company in Hua Hin and its surrounding areas and the owners of Penta Engineering (founded in 1944) who possess vast experience in working with government departments in all aspects of medium to large development projects that they have either constructed or consulted on. The owners hold considerable assets throughout Thailand.
