Barefoot Living International
wishes to be more than the
average growing group of
environmentally conscious
Developers, using building
materials that will not allow
the site to have permanent
structures. Keeping Carbon
footprints to a minimum, our
choice of materials for our
luxury teak wood homes and
structures are acquired from
renewable sources in Thailand
allowing us to make great
contributions to the
environment.
The Dolphin Bay site is truly
exceptional, being only 200 meters
directly to the tranquil waters of
Dolphin Bay. The Bay is 8 kilometers
from cape to cape with many
boutique resorts, high end homes
and restaurants lining the road that
separates from the white sandy
beach. Inland, over 80% of the land
is still unoccupied and is filled with
tropical coconut palms, smaller trees
and shrubs and small field lakes.
Dolphin Bay being only 15 kilometers
from Pranburi, 35 kilometers from
Royal
Hua Hin and just over 2.5
hours from Bangkok offers a place
to live or to vacation in natural
surroundings whilst being close to
major hubs. Dolphin Bay has Sam
Roi Yot
National Park right on its
doorstep and some of the best
beaches that rival the further South
destinations of Krabi and Phuket.
The Bay is safe, cars in the area
rarely travelling over 40 kilometers
per hour and offers the chance to
cycle the majority of the time
around the generally flat area.
